On
Christmas Eve 2005 the some of
the group played traditional
Christmas Carols at the Plough
in Christleton. The pub was
decked out in Christmas
decorations and the sound of the
bells added to the Christmas
festivities. Diners in the
restaurant joined in and sung to
the carols while staff served
mulled wine and minced pies. A
real traditional Christmas
atmosphere developed throughout
the pub and the sound of
laughter added to the festive
occasion.
Many of
the customers at the pub had
come along just to hear the
bells and enjoy some of the best
real ales served in the county.
